What Is a Private Airport Transfer?

It’s a pre-booked ride between the airport and your hotel (or any address you choose), just for you and your group. You don’t share the car with strangers, you don’t wait for other passengers, and you don’t stop at other hotels along the way. Your driver tracks your flight, meets you on arrival, and takes you directly to your destination.

It also works in reverse. For departures, we pick you up at your hotel at the time you choose and get you to the airport with time to spare.

How It Works

1. Book online. Tell us your flight number, arrival date and time, number of passengers, bags, and where you’re staying. 
2. Get your confirmation. We email your booking details, driver contact information, and meeting instructions before you travel.
3. We track your flight. If it lands early or late, we adjust.
4. Meet your driver. After you clear immigration and collect your bags, your driver is waiting at the agreed meeting point.
5. Ride straight to your hotel. Relax, look out the window, and enjoy your first glimpse of the city.

Popular Routes

We cover transfers from Vietnam’s main international airports.

Hanoi (Noi Bai Airport). Noi Bai sits well outside the city, so the ride into central Hanoi usually takes around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. A private transfer is especially handy here, since the trip is longer. We also run transfers to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and other destinations. [Confirm routes and times.]

Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Son Nhat Airport). This airport is much closer to the center, but city traffic can be heavy, so the trip to District 1 can take anywhere from 20 minutes to well over an hour at peak times. [Confirm routes and times.]

Da Nang Airport. Da Nang’s airport is right next to the city, and the drive to the beaches is short. We also run transfers to Hoi An and Hue. [Confirm routes and times.]

Other airports. Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), Phu Quoc, or others if you serve them.

Tips for a Smooth Pickup

• Give accurate flight details. The right flight number lets us track delays and adjust your pickup.
• Add a phone number you can use. A local SIM, a WhatsApp number, or any contact that works when you land is helpful.
• Allow time after landing. Immigration and baggage claim can take a while. Your driver will wait. 
• Know your hotel details. Save your hotel’s name, address, and phone number, ideally in Vietnamese too, in case you need to show it.
• Keep a screenshot of your booking. Your confirmation and driver details should be easy to find, even without Wi-Fi.
• Tell us about special needs. Child seats, wheelchair access, or extra luggage are easy to arrange if we know in advance.
• Check your visa and arrival documents. You’ll need these before you reach your driver, so have them ready.
