Land, Smile, and Skip the Line
You’ve been traveling for 10 hours. Your legs are stiff, your phone is at 12%, and you’re finally on the ground in Vietnam. Then you turn the corner and see it: an immigration hall packed with hundreds of other tired travelers, all waiting for the same few counters.
That’s the moment our Immigration Arrival Fast Track service is designed for. Someone meets you at the airport, walks you through the priority lane, and gets you out to the arrivals hall in a fraction of the time. You start your trip with a smile, not a sigh.
What Is Fast Track, Exactly?
It’s a paid meet-and-assist service for travelers arriving at Vietnam’s international airports. Fast Track is a paid meet-and-assist through airport formalities via a priority lane. A representative greets you, guides you through the process, and helps you move ahead of the regular queue.
It isn’t a visa and it isn’t a loophole. You still go through immigration, with your passport and documents checked in the usual way. The difference is that you do it through a faster lane, with someone beside you who knows exactly where to go.
How It Works
- Book before you fly. Send us your flight number, arrival date and time, and passport details.
- We meet you on arrival. Our representative is waiting for you at the agreed meeting point with welcome board before Immigration counter at Vietnam airport.
- Priority immigration. We guide you to the fast-track lane, where your documents are checked.
- Baggage and exit. If you’d like, we help you collect your luggage and show you the way out of the arrivals hall.
- Start your trip. Your driver, hotel, or friends are waiting, and you’re already on your way.
Some providers describe the whole process taking around 15 - 30 minutes.
Why Travelers Choose It
Long queues are real. Airports like Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang can get very busy. One provider reports that in high season, immigration in Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc can take 60 to 90 minutes. Waiting times vary a lot by day, hour, and season, but if you land in a busy slot, a priority lane can save you a long wait.
It takes the guesswork out. If it’s your first time in Vietnam, or you’re traveling with kids, older parents, or lots of luggage, having someone show you the way is a real comfort.
It protects your schedule. Business travelers with a meeting right after landing, or anyone with a tight connection or pickup, will appreciate the predictability.
It works in both directions. Many providers also offer the service for departures. A representative can assist with check-in and lead you to a fast-track immigration counter.
Who Is It For?
Fast Track is a great fit if you:
- Arrive after a long flight and just want to get to your hotel.
- Travel with family, especially young children or elderly relatives.

- Are visiting Vietnam for the first time and would like some help finding your way.
- Simply value your time and don’t mind paying a little for comfort.
If you’re arriving at a quiet hour and don’t mind a short wait, you may not need it. We’ll give you honest advice, and if you don’t need it, we’ll say so.

Don’t Forget Your Visa and Arrival Card
Fast Track helps you move through immigration. It doesn’t replace the documents you need to enter Vietnam. Before you fly, make sure you have:
- A valid visa or exemption. That could be an e-visa, a visa on arrival approval, or a visa exemption if your nationality qualifies. If you need an e-visa, we can help you apply for e-Visa here
- A passport valid for at least six months. It should be valid for at least six months from your entry date.
- Your digital arrival information. Fast Track does not file the digital arrival card for you. Every passenger fills in the Pre-Arrival Information at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before departure, and it is mandatory at Tan Son Nhat since 15 April 2026 and at every Vietnam airport since 17 June 2026. Rules like this change, so please check the official site before you travel.
A fast lane is only helpful if your paperwork is ready. We’re happy to answer questions about what you need.
