Flying This Week? We Guarantee It, or You Don’t Pay Our Fee

A flight is booked for early next week, a client meeting has moved up, or the visa slipped down your to-do list. Our Urgent 2 working days service is built for travelers with very little time to spare.

We stand behind it with a simple promise: we guarantee your e-visa will be approved within 2 working days. If it isn’t, we refund 100% of our processing service fee. The government fee is non-refundable.

Our On-Time Guarantee

Here is exactly how the guarantee works:

  • We commit to 2 working days. Once your complete, valid application is confirmed by our team, we guarantee your e-visa will be approved and delivered within 2 working days.
  • If we miss it, you get your service fee back. If your e-visa is not approved within 2 working days, we refund our full Urgent 2 working days service fee.
  • The government fee is not refunded. The fee paid to the Vietnam Immigration Department is set and collected by the government. It is non-refundable, and we have no ability to recover it.

Our service fee is the part we control, so it is the part we put at risk. You are never paying a premium for a promise we don’t back up.

What Does “2 Working Days” Mean?

Two working days counts Monday to Friday and excludes weekends and Vietnamese public holidays. The clock starts when our team confirms that your complete application is ready (see “Guarantee Conditions” below).

For context, published information on official timing varies. The Vietnam Immigration Department states the processing time is 4 working days, while other guides report 3 to 5 working days. Two working days is faster than these published timeframes, which is why we built a dedicated priority process: we handle every step on our side immediately, and we put our fee behind the result.

Who Is This Option For?

Choose Urgent 2 working days if you:

  • Fly within the next few days. Your departure is close and every hour counts.
  • Booked at the last minute. Flights and hotels are confirmed, and the visa is the final item.
  • Have a business trip or event. A meeting, conference, or family occasion can’t be rescheduled.
  • Applied on your own and got stuck. Your application is still pending and your flight is near.
  • Want a result backed by a refund commitment. You’d like the risk to be ours, not yours.

What You Get

With Urgent 2 working days, we take care of the following:

  • Immediate priority review. Your application goes to the front of our queue. We check your name, passport number, dates, and entry port against your documents.

  • Close status monitoring. We track your application and watch for any request for more information.
  • Rapid e-visa delivery. Once approved, your e-visa is emailed to you immediately, ready to download and print.

How Early Should You Apply?

With a two-day option, timing matters a lot. A simple guide:

  • Ideal: 4 to 5 days before departure. Two working days plus a buffer for weekends and any questions.
  • Workable: 3 days before departure. Possible if your application is accurate and no weekend or holiday falls in between.
  • Very risky: 2 days or fewer. Any delay could mean missing your flight. Contact us right away so we can talk through your options honestly.

Weekends and holidays matter. An application submitted late on a Friday may not move until Monday. Business hours at the government office run Monday to Friday, with a lunch break, Vietnam time, so submissions outside those hours may wait for the next working day. Delays are also more common around Tết, when processing can stretch to 7 to 10 days. If you’re traveling during a holiday period, a two-day option may not be realistic, so please talk to us first.

Tips to Keep Your Application on Track

On an urgent timeline, small mistakes are expensive. These habits help:

  • Double-check your details. Names, dates of birth, and passport numbers must match your passport exactly.
  • Use clear images. No glare, shadows, or cropped edges.
  • Check passport validity. It should be valid for at least six months from your arrival date, with blank pages.
  • Choose a valid entry port and date. Make sure your arrival point is approved for e-visa entry.
  • Choose your validity carefully. E-visa extensions are currently not available, so decide between 30 and 90 days before you apply.
  • Don’t submit duplicates. If your status says “Processing,” that’s normal. It’s a standard status and doesn’t mean something has gone wrong. A second application can create confusion and extra fees.
  • Reply immediately. If we ask for a clearer photo or a correction, answer right away. Even a few hours can matter.
